  • You operates the POS System
  • You coordinates job asignement and cross-training between and within shifts
  • You supervises processes and ensures smooth operations
  • You manages floor operations regarding service, timing and quality
  • You works behind the bar to cover bartender's days off
  • You leads/participate in all daily pre-meals and line-ups
  • You ensure staff is working together as team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met
  • You inspects grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies
  • You complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supllies and set ups, cleaning all equipment and areas, bar stocked ect
  • You complete scheduled inventories and stock and requistion necessary supllies
  • You monitor dining floor seating availability ,servic, safety, and well-being of guests
  • You complete work for maintenance repairs
  • You assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees;and serve as a role model
  • You manage open table App
  • You take and records reservations by phone and plans sitting accordingly, adjusting basedon reservation
  • You coordinate room service orders and follows up on trial retrieval
  • You coordinate torch lit dining set up
  • You maintain restaurant floor in the proper set up
  • You coordinateseating of large groups

Functie eisen

  • You have prior cash handling experience
  • You have good computer skills
  • You have high high scholl diplova or equivalent
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Tema member
  • You read, write and speak english fluently
