You maintain and organize price lists for suppliers, clients and products.
You manage stock levels by regularly reviewing inventory and creating purchase orders (POs) for restocking needs.
You collaborate with colleague to monitor and maintain appropriate showroom stock levels.
You create new item codes as needed for products.
You review and verify invoices from suppliers, ensuring accurate pricing adjustments.
You coordinate with Logistics company to follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
You perform regular maintenance on the company’s web shop, ensuring product listings, prices, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
You assist customers with inquiries and provide support as needed, both online and in-store.
You ensure the showroom is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
You assist with the unloading of containers and the assembly of customer orders when required

You have minimum open water diver certification.

You have knowledge and passion for the diving industry. Comfortable working in an office setting, managing daily administratative task.

English, plus another language including: Spanish, Portguese, german dutch and/or french
